You will work with every area of the charity providing support where needed.  

Responsible for supporting the social media content for The Trent Bridge Community Trust,

  • Positive Futures – youth engagement  
  • YouNG - Employability age 16-24  
  • Healthy Hearts – health and well being  
  • Forget Me Notts – Dementia support project  
  • Trent Bridge Classroom – onsite education provision  
  • Ready 4 Work employability project age 25 + 

Ensuring that the message and content matching the brand guidelines of the Trust.  



  • Deliver against the Social Media strategy and increase and share knowledge on the Key 7 Social Media Platforms as directed. 1. Facebook 2. Twitter 3. Pinterest 4. Google+ 5. LinkedIn 6. Instagram 7. YouTube  
  • Support and maintain the Trent Bridge Community page on main clubs website.  


Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Flexible to work across all Trust projects. 
  • Monitor the social media sites for messages on a daily/weekly basis. 
  • Image editing – resizing and other Photoshop duties 
  • Designing and sending mail chimps. 
  • Set up and implement of marketing campaigns for all projects in the Trust.
  • Preparation of marketing material, including press packs when needed
  • Create social Vlogs 
  • Respond to any comments both negative and positive. Ensure that any positive comments are shared and the negative comments are responded too in accordance with the Trust ethos.
  • Schedule and publishing of social media content up to a week in advance.
  • Support the on-going development of the editorial/events calendar. 
  • Collection of content to and from key stakeholders: ensuing that all projects are generating content for distribution 
  • Analysis of and reporting/evaluation of campaign performance.
  • Ensure the content written reflects the style of the project and their service users.  
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends. 
  • Presentation and liaison with team to ensure content issuitable..  
  • Any other duties reasonably required by management.

Working pattern: 

Monday – Friday (some weekends as and when required ) 

Admin / training / supervision / delivery 10am – 3pm  

*subject to change due to delivery of projects etc 


Details of employability support:

A mentor will be provided from day one of the placement, this mentor will shape the work programme and support day to day activities with young people.  

The mentor will also provide fortnightly supervision meetings to support development and ensure that there are no issues or barriers to hinder the delivery.  

We will carry out a needs assessment to identify areas for training development and work with you to create a development plan.  

We have an in-house employability team that will be working with the candidate from the beginning to ensure that they capture all the experiences to develop their CV and to identify pathways for future employment. The team will support with applications, cover letters.  

They will be provided with interview skills training.
