A new exciting Kickstart vacancy!!

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in an administration role that would cover a number of live projects working to support young people into work experience opportunities as well as working with young performers and entrepreneurs to develop their skills, provide live selling/ performing experience in the form of markets and shows.  

The role would support the project manager and co-ordinator to deliver the above project.    


Your duties will include: 

Planning and delivering the work programme for the project, with support from a group of YouNG Ambassadors. 

Maintaining existing relationships with schools and local businesses & developing new working relationships where opportunities arise.  

Overseeing the planning and delivery of events run by the YouNG ambassadors, such as  YouNG Markets and a Showcase Ceremony 

Helping to develop YouNG’s digital presence to ensure that young people are targeted most effectively within the local area.


Essential Skills, Experince & Qualifictaions:

Experience of working in a high pressure environment, in a complex organisation. 

Experience of working in a secretarial or administration environment 

Experience of delivering service excellence for both internal and external customers

Experience of working in an agile and flexible office environment. 

Desirable -  Level 2 in Business or marketing/English and Maths GCSE grade A-C

Working pattern:


Monday – Friday (some weekends as and when required ) 

Admin / training / supervision / delivery 10am – 3pm
