16-24 year old through the new Government Kickstart Scheme.

The Kickstart Scheme is the creation of new 6-month job placements for young people (aged 16-24-years-old) who are currently on universal credit and at risk of long-term unemployment.

The Bridges Community Trust is a charity based in the Meadows since 1996. Started by local residents for local residents, to give the local community a voice that would be heard and to improve the social and economic status of the area. We are dedicated to serving the Meadows and Clifton communities and surrounding areas, to provide better local services and facilities.

To Provide back-office support and administrative services to reception, community and employment department.

Key Tasks

• Liaison with any members of staff.
• Data collation.
• General office administration duties, including updating spreadsheets and filing.
• Accurate dispatching of information as required.
• Working within established processes and key performance indicators.
• Managing telephone, and email queries from third parties or member of staff.
• Maintaining files in line with data protection requirements.

Skills and Experience

• Fluent English Language skills: spoken and written in a clear, caring, courteous and professional manner. Attention to detail in relation to office administration duties essential for the job.
• Keen organization skills and IT Literacy
• Able to deliver work to set targets and be self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel as required by the business and undertake other duties as required
