About the role:

Futures are passionate about ensuring a high-quality experience for all our learners and we are pleased to be recruiting for a Quality Improvement Specialist to join our established Quality Team. As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will work with the Head of Quality to drive a culture of quality improvement throughout the learner journey. Part of a small team of Quality Improvement Specialists, you will support your own area of expertise across all Futures’ services to provide excellence; maximising positive impact for all clients and stakeholders and improving contractual outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a broad experience of working within a further education setting and have current experience of apprenticeship standards and adult learning delivery. We value the positive impact of effective coaching, and a desire to build relationships with colleagues to develop and maintain best practice standards is essential.
**Please note that this role will be predominantly remote working with some travel within the East Midlands region and is for 8 months fixed term to cover maternity leave.**

The successful candidate:

Hold a minimum of Level 4 Teaching qualification
Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of assessment
Have an excellent understanding of teaching and learning delivery
Have a minimum of 12 months experience of quality assurance practice
Have a good understanding of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework
Hold English, Maths and ICT qualifications to a minimum of Level 2
Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to support colleagues to learn and develop through coaching and mentoring
