About the role:
This role is to provide administrative support to the Age UK Notts Befriending Service. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team, supporting the effective running of this busy service and providing excellent customer service at all times.
The administrator will have responsibility for:
responding to telephone and email referrals and enquiries from service users, professionals, and volunteers.
undertaking regular follow up calls to service users and volunteers
ensuring all information systems are updated accurately and efficiently
supporting the administration of the Silver Pride group
providing information to support management reporting.
Hours of work:
14 hours per week
