About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our innovative and dynamic CAMHS team. The post holder will be a member of one of our community-based teams working in partnership with social care, health and education agencies. The CAMHS Family Support Worker work with Children, Young People and Families referred into Targeted CAMHS Citywide who are experiencing mental health difficulties. This is an opportunity to deliver support at the early intervention end of the Behaviour, Emotional and Mental Health Pathway in Nottingham City.

Consultations for professionals

Delivering accessible therapeutic support for children & young people with a range of emotional & mental health difficulties

Delivering and co-facilitate a range of evidenced based programmes and group work in partnership with internal and external colleagues in order to support parents and carers

Hours of work:

Full Time , Hours per week – 37
