The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the service delivery of the Councils internal M&E team.  Working with the helpdesk, engineers and service partners to deliver all planned and reactive works to ensure that client sites are maintained to an excellent standard with a consistently high level of service provided at all times.  The successful candidates will be a client focused individual with the skillset, capability and confidence to oversee and manage the delivery of services across a large portfolio of sites without compromising on service levels.  You’ll be managing Health and Safety and CDM related matters and ensuring resource levels are appropriate at all times.  With a competitive salary plus a full package including access to LGPS pension, flexible working, CPD and generous leave entitlement, this is an extremely attractive position offering great development.
