About the role:

The centre provides both one to one support for citizens and also activities in a group setting, to encourage and maintain independence for citizens.
Care Workers at Level 2 provide safe and appropriate personalised care and support to citizens in a way that that maintains their dignity, maximises independence and gives them choice and control over the way their care is provided.

Care Workers at Level 2 are also expected to work and cooperate with other professionals, as well as citizens and their meaningful others, to ensure a shared approach to care and support and continuity of care and treatment.
