About the role:

Wollaton Hall & Deer Park is a magnificent 16th century Elisabethan mansion steeped in history with formal gardens, extensive parkland, a Natural History Museum, Nottingham Industrial Museum. Home to a red and fallow deer herd, Batman and Titus T-rex. The post of Heritage Catering Supervisor will oversee the busy catering outlets, working in all areas of events delivering exceptional customer service to our 1m visitors during the year.

Able to work flexibly at weekends, evenings and school holidays

Practical exceptional heritage catering experience including production and service

Supervisory skills including giving clear direction, exceptional work quality standards and an ability to ensure that others maintain them.

Experience of working at weddings and events

Knowledge and experience of current hygiene regulations, Health and Safety compliance, catering administration and financial systems

Ability to act as a licensee
