The “Community Response Service” is a new and innovative collaboration between Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System and Age UK Notts to improve the quality of care of older people in the community, keeping people safe and well at home across Bassetlaw, Nottingham City, and Nottinghamshire County.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer service orientated individual to deliver high-quality admin support. You will respond to enquiries and referrals, liaising with staff and volunteers by phone and email, and undertaking regular follow up calls to volunteers and citizens.

If you possess the relevant skills and experience, support our charity’s vision, and share our values, then we would love to hear from you.

As an employee of Age UK Nottingham & Nottinghamshire you will be eligible for our attractive package which includes 24 days annual leave (Pro Rata), public holidays, flexible working and a 4% employer contribution pension (in line with auto-enrolment rules).
