Job Description

The employee in this role must assist, study, understand and learn how to prepare accurate tender’s assigned by the Estimating Manager. This must be in accordance with company goals and procedures, secure future work at the right market value based on the information and time available.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  1. Tender documentation
  1. Meetings
  1. Enquiries
  1. Tender preparation
  1. Inputting
  1. Tender review
  1. Tender return
  1. Tender follow up

Experience or qualifications:

3 Grade C or above in Maths English Science and level 3 or similar in building services or electrical or mechanical course.

Knowledge of construction sector desirable.

Pay raise increments every 6 months during training period of 4 years – more if already hold a level 3 in Building Services or equivalent
