Administrator/Receptionist required for a busy local Nursery

Duties & responsibilities:    

  • Telephone and Front desk duties
  • Taking Payments and posting to computer
  • Balancing cash
  • Maintaining children’s records
  • Liaising with parents
  • Organising events
  • Purchase ordering
  • Checking stock
  • Organising equipment checks
  • Supporting fundraising activities.

Experience and skills: 

  • Previous experience is preferred
  • Good standard of education.
  • IT skills essential
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Confidence to work alone

There may be the opportunity to undertake NVQ training as part of this role.
