You will be undertaking a Level 2 Apprenticeship and paid at £14,420 PA
Purpose of the role, is to be the 1st point of contact for the users of the helpdesk service, your role will require you to:
You will be able to demonstrate great listening skills, to fully understand and document the issues as they are reported.
Retail / Hospitality experience preferred but not essential
Good demonstratable IT knowledge and skills
Must be able to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude towards any task
Must be able to effectively communicate through the use of emails and notes within our incident management tools.
8 Hour shifts with starts from 7am and then finishing at 9pm, Weekend working is on a rota basis with days off in the week
After succesful completion of the Apprenticeship, you could progress to the Client Lead Analyst role (Dependant upon knowledge and Skills)
