Futures is recruiting for an outstanding specialist to join our growing team delivering Apprenticeship Standards in Leadership and Management. We are looking for a highly skilled and resilient Skills Coach with significant experience of Management practices and a passion for supporting new and developing managers in the workplace..
Do you have the desire to combine your experience of teaching and learning to develop high quality programs and provide coaching and support to Apprentices and employer?
You will need to have experience of delivering to meet high expectations and a solid understanding of teaching, learning and assessment cycle.
A good understanding and knowledge of the Apprenticeship Reforms, Standards and End Point Assessment is essential.

The successful candidates will have:
Hold L3 Assessing Qualification
Hold a minimum L4 teaching or training qualification
Hold a professional management qualification at minimum of Level 5
Have current occupational competence in leadership and management
Have strong IT skills and knowledge of eportfolio systems
Have English & maths qualifications to L2 and able to embed knowledge and skills in all learning delivery
