We have a role that involves basic book-keeping feeding information to our accountant, basic cash flow planning and learning about how to budget and plan for new projects.

LifeTools is a company that runs personal development training courses, wellness products and digital marketing services.

We have a role that involves basic book-keeping feeding information to our accountant, basic cash flow planning and learning about how to budget and plan for new projects.

There is a good deal of research that goes into our training courses, products and new planned up and coming courses. The research will support the work of our training project planning role and our marketing/communications role; but finding out information, researching markets, prices, suppliers who can deliver and more.

Other administrator roles include work flow planning, calendar bookings, looking at streamlining communication channels & support the work of growing the brands by research & contact.

The role will be 100% homeworking/remotely managed. There is no office attendance requirement.

The candidate will be expected to have a good level of written communication, be willing to learn about basic book keeping, invoicing, cash and project budgeting, as well as learning good useful researching tools, how to assess reports (website traffic & more) and contact suppliers, customers & organisations to develop the research.

The candidate will also get involved other aspects of the business to support other colleagues and learn about different aspects of the business.

Self-motivation, focus & concentration, the ability to work with other colleagues remotely and get involved in other aspects (customer support, administration, supplier communication, research and more) will be looked for in the candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:

Good written skills and oral skills

Polite manner with customers

Confidence

Being confident with financial figures, planning and simple budgeting

Be able to research well, look at data, markets and learn how to get valuable information and insights

Willing to learn

Ability to ask question when stuck and be confident in seeking solutions

 

The candidate will receive training in book keeping from our accountant, so they will get valuable experience in how to post invoices, assign payments, invoice clients, learn about posting expenses to the right areas in the accounting structure.

In addition they will get training in how to look at figures, data from search engines, website visitors and more; to enable them to gather business useful information.

These skills will open up avenues for business book-keeping, research assistance, how data can drive business growth and more.
