To run the communications for a personal development company that has 3-4 main brands and a series of training courses, it also has a digital agency arm doing small business launches with websites, marketing plans, social media and more.

Our business and brands have social media accounts, email newsletter lists, orders bring processed and other matters.

The Communications Administrator will look at helping to plan social posts (content repurposing), email broadcasting and dealing with all enquiries coming in.

Planning email messages, visual materials, sales approaches, surveys & other aspects.

The role will be 100% homeworking/remotely managed. There is no office attendance requirement.

The candidate will be expected to have a good level of written communication, be willing to learn about sales & marketing strategies, plan workloads, learn about the products/brands to be able to effectively communicate key benefits.

An ability to produce good visual material, including videos will be part of the role.

The candidate will also get involved in planning paid marketing campaigns and will get training in Facebook/Google advertising.

Self-motivation, focus & concentration, the ability to work with other colleagues remotely and get involved in other aspects (customer support, administration, supplier communication, research and more) will be looked for in the candidate.

The candidate will receive training in social media management, received specific training in Facebook advertising management from a professional agent. They will gain an understanding in how to take a brand and develop a communication range that both informs, educates, entertains and sells.

In addition they will get experience in both working solo but being as a part of a team. They will learn about setting weekly tasks, timekeeping and reviewing.
