Customer Service Officer

The successful applicant will be:
Point of customer contact for our website www.art-of-football.com
Dealing with email and social media questions and queries from customers
Dealing with customer phone calls
Dealing with returns, exchanges, refunds.
Dealing with complaints and compliments
Loading new product designs onto website.
Supporting production and dispatch team when required in busy periods

Production Assistant:

The successful applicant will be
Printing designs on t-shirts and other garments using the latest direct to garment digital technology
Supporting the print programme for wall art, both framed and unframed.
Packing and shipping customer orders
Sizing and uploading new designs from the design team ready for printing
Maintaining and cleaning equipment

Essential Skills:

Good basic IT skills.
Good communicator verbally and in writing
Hard working and a good team member.
An interest football is useful but not essential
