It is well noted that there is a major difference between offering "Customer Service" and "Excellent Customer Service". Companies often strive to go above and beyond for their customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction, build reputation and in a competitively fierce environment, help ensure high levels of customer retention for their current or future services/products.
Our Customer Service programme will help you to develop personal skills and attributes needed to work effectively in customer facing environments. With a supportive tutor on hand to guide you through the process, you will learn the core skills of:
- Working in customer service
- Dealing with customers in a simulated environment with role play scenarios
- Create a good impression to customers
- Deal with queries and requests and complaints
- “Going above and beyond”
The course itself will last for 12 days and be based over a 3 week period.

At the end of the course, all learners will gain a fully accredited qualification through City and Guilds:
- Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service
- Level 1 Certificate in Employability
This certificate can then be added to your CV and used to apply for further training and development or employment opportunities.
