Futures are looking for an ambitious and proactive Digital Learning Manager at the forefront of education technology.

You will be a strategic thinker who is prepared to be hands on, quick to understand business and learners needs and be able to deliver a cutting edge digital solution.

The Digital Learning Manager is responsible for all aspects of Futures digital learning strategy for staff, students and service users. The Digital Learning Manager will work to integrate technology into all of our delivery to enhance learning, engagement and the customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the creation of our digital delivery systems and content. In addition, your will develop training for our delivery staff to enhance their use of digital tools and keep them abreast of technical innovation.Experience of working with Microsoft Teams and Apprenticeship delivery will be an advantage.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of emerging and current technologies used for technology enabled instruction, including tablets, apps, Virtual Learning Environment, Microsoft Teams and online resources
  • Strong technical capability in Learner Management Systems, digital learning content production, content authoring and digital design tools
  • Able to manage programmes of work consisting of multiple projects, managing priorities and budgets
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK skills sector, including Apprenticeships and Adult Education
  • A positive, approachable team player with a can do attitude
