Food safety qualifications are intended for anyone working in catering, hospitality or manufacturing settings where food hygiene is essential as food is prepared, cooked, served or produced.

Typical environments may include pubs, hotels, restaurants, retail, factories, contract catering, fast-food outlets, hospitals, care and nursing homes, schools, prisons and the armed forces.

We offer a one day Level 2 course, Food Safety in Catering.

When:

The course will take place on Wednesday 21st October, 9.30-4.30 at Nottingham College, Maid Marian Way.

This course is free to those unemployed and in receipt of JSA, ESA (WRAG) or UC. To be eligible for funding you must be 19 or over and have lived in the UK or EU for the last 3 years as of August 1st 2020.Otherwise course fees apply.
