Futures for You are based in Nottingham city centre and provide a wide range of support options for young people.
Intensive Careers Support is for 16 and 17 year olds who have no further education, training or job to move into after finishing their GCSEs. We’re here to help them to overcome any barriers which are stopping them getting into education or employment as well as completing job applications and preparing for interviews.
Step into Work is for young people aged 18 to 29, a one-to-one support service for young people who are ready to start employment, designed to help them find jobs and start successful careers. Step into Work offers support to find suitable job vacancies, complete job applications and prepare for interviews.
Futures for You can also support 16 to 29 year olds who have special educational needs or disabilities. Our team of friendly advisers will provide support to find meaningful work experience and to move people into sustainable jobs. Our trained staff also work with local employers to create job roles which match the abilities of young job-seekers with additional needs to ensure that they have positive and sustainable employment opportunities.
