The Go 4 Group are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team.

Main Duties

Creating exciting and original designs for personalised printed gifts for a number of different sports clubs and our own personalised gifts online stores. The designs created are added to a variety of products including Mugs, Socks, Prints, Face Masks, baubles and much more. 

Other Duties 

  • Producing designs for personalised products to be sold in various online stores 
  • Designing e-flyers, leaflets, banners, programme adverts, POS Displays, Posters for sports clubs. 
  • Producing web graphics for various online gift shops and the main company website 
  • Creating print ready artwork for our production team 
  • Assisting the design manager with various Targeted Marketing Campaigns, including leaflets, flyers and mailing campaigns. 

Essential skills, experience and qualifications 

Knowledge of Adobe packages including Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design 

A Level or equivalent qualification in Art/Graphic Design  

Willingness to learn new software packages 

A high level of IT literacy 

A positive can do attitude 

An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously 

Have a portfolio that demonstrates your competence 

Be motivated, creative and accurate, and able to work under pressure.

Candidates will have time set aside from their regular job role, during which they will be offered career advice and support from our Management team that will aid them in seeking long term work.  

Our Management team will undertake regular workshops with the candidates where they will be assisted with C.V. and interview preparation, portfolio help & advice, setting goals and given constructive advice on improving these. 

Candidates will also have the opportunity to seek any advice they need from our approachable friendly team and encouraged to ask any questions that will draw on our team’s extensive knowledge of our industry and also their experiences of a working environment.
