We work one-one with young people, supporting them to access training, work experience and advice to help them navigate a route towards a sustainable and rewarding job or a return to education or training. We help people identify the type of jobs they would suit and give them support to succeed in recruitment processes. We focus on getting people into the right job, not just any job.

Our approach is built on inspiration and aspiration, supporting resilience and wellbeing and achieving a positive progression for each person we work with. Many of our schemes continue to provide support to people after they enter the workplace, to help ensure a positive outcome for them and their employer and to support onward career progression.

We create social enterprises and jobs within our community programmes that can provide work experience and help people break out of the ‘no job – no experience – no job’ cycle.
