We are looking for a Hospitality Suite Manager to join our Hospitality Team.

The Hospitality Suite Manager will deliver excellent customer service to all annual and single event clients attending events at the National Ice Centre & Motorpoint Arena Nottingham. 

The Hospitality Suite Manager will manage the setup and service during all event nights which could involve between 50 to 700 hospitality customers.

The Hospitality Suite Manager will commit to deliver the highest level of service within all our hospitality areas.  They will have excellent customer service experience and the ability to deal with a diverse range of customers.

 

In addition, the Hospitality Suite Manager will:

  • Manage and deliver the pre-orders for the hospitality executive suites including buffets and stocked fridges, including stock takes
  • Work with the Sales & Hospitality Team to understand hospitality guest attendance at events and work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to management a day-to-day operation
  • Train, supervise and motivate team members including ensuring that they are briefed fully on event days
  • Handle guest comments and complaints in the appropriate manner and according to the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Build relationships with annual customers to gain an understanding of their catering needs and requirements
  • Handle administrative targets for their team. Including creating rotas and approving timesheets

 

With significant hospitality management experience within a similar role, applicants should have a flexible approach to running events and the ability to meet customer needs, often working to tight time frames. 

The Hospitality Suite Manager must be able to work under pressure and be flexible and organised in their work.
