What happens in an Ignite Traineeship?
The Ignite programme lasts approximately 12 weeks. Your time will be split between working with the employer carrying out a lead management advisor role and studying either online or in one of PeoplePlus’ many adult learning centres. As the largest provider of funded Adult Education, we will help you develop the skills you need to be successful at the interview which will take place with the employer at the end of the traineeship placement.


What can I expect?
As a lead management advisor you’ll be part of a highly energised team who work hard to get the job done, you will receive work experience in a contact centre environment and learn what it’s like to be part of the team.

Roles include:
Making appointments with customers
Engaging with customers to promote the brand and business
Dealing with customer service enquiries


Skills required:
Good verbal and communication skills
Good work ethic
Pride in work & performance
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Basic PC capabilities
Honest with good integrity

How much will it cost?

NOTHING! The full course is provided by your employer. No prior training/experience is required.

Am I eligible? 

The government has strict criteria for Traineeships you must be aged 19-24, unemployed (or earning less than £300 per month), lived in the UK for 3 years and have the right to work in the UK.
