At Inspire we aim to provide learning and employability support for all Nottinghamshire residents. Whether you’re interested in learning a new skill, meeting new people, gaining confidence or improving your employability prospects – we are here for you.

Working across Nottinghamshire’s libraries and young people’s centres, we provide accredited training in a wide range of skills including Maths, English, IT, Employability qualifications (all up to level 2), as well as wrap-around support to help you progress into work, such as CV building, job-search and preparing for an interview. We’re proud to be part of the Way2Work programme which will support over 1,000 residents to move towards work or gain employment. If you are not in work and are over 16, contact us to find out more.

Our Distance Learning programme enables you to learn from the comfort of your own home. A personal tutor/mentor will work with you to identify and support your needs. You may be allocated a laptop, if you don’t have one, to ensure that you have the technology you need to access this learning. In this innovative programme, you will work towards qualifications up to level 2 without having to leave your own home!

Our full-time Study Programme is for young people aged 16-24 who are interested in gaining qualifications and embarking on a new career. Visit our page to find out more about our exciting, nationally recognised courses.

Our Community Learning programme provides a wide range of non-accredited short courses to help you learn new skills, explore a new hobby and meet new people without the pressure of having to take a test.
