Hours: 37 hours per week (job share considered)
Salary: £20,930.13 per annum (pro rata)
Based: Field based across Bassetlaw, Notts City & County*.
Tenure: Fixed term for 12 months
*Support Workers will be assigned their own geographical area.
About the role
The “Community Response Service” is a new and innovative collaboration between Nottingham & Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System and Age UK Notts to improve the quality of care of older people in the community, keeping people safe and well at home across Bassetlaw, Nottingham City, and Nottinghamshire County.
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and resilient individual to deliver a high-quality service. You will undertake a range of tasks to provide direct support, promoting independence and empowering people to remain safely at home.
About you
Do you have experience of the health and social care sector, and understand the issues facing our communities? Can you deliver a person-centred service to encourage people to achieve their goals? Do you have strong collaboration and interpersonal skills that build trusting relationships?
