Hours: 15 hours per week (over a minimum of 3 days per week)
Salary: £7,800 per annum (£19,240 per annum, p/a FTE)
Based: Nottingham/Home
Tenure: Permanent

The Age UK Notts Footcare Service is a high quality, simple nail cutting and basic footcare advice service for people aged 50+ who have a long-term health condition and do not qualify for NHS podiatry services. The service promotes healthy footcare with the aim of increasing wellbeing and helping to prevent falls and is delivered in a variety of health centres across Nottingham City.

The successful candidate will provide high quality administrative support ensuring the smooth running of the service. The role involves managing a busy workload with tasks including processing and triaging referrals, responding to general enquiries, managing appointment calendars, and maintaining accurate client records for the service.

The post holder is expected to demonstrate a high level of organisation, comprehensive IT skills and a good understanding of customer service. With excellent communication skills and a friendly and sensitive approach to people, the ideal candidate will be a team player yet self-motivated, professional, and committed to the values of Age UK Notts.
