Hours: 15 hours per week
Salary: £7,800 per annum (£19,240 p/a FTE)
Based: Home / Nottingham
Tenure: Permanent

Are you enthusiastic about supporting local older people whilst demonstrating your administrative skills? Are you a people person that would like to join a small busy team?
Working alongside our full-time administrator and Safe & Sound team, you will have responsibility for:
• Providing high quality administrative support through answering calls from the public, professionals and other organisations
• Providing information, advice and signposting around housing, energy efficiency, scams awareness, benefits and financial support
• Managing filing and data systems
• Gathering and producing data for use in reports

The person we are looking for is friendly, approachable, and personable to enable them work to with vulnerable groups. You must understand the importance of meeting the expectations of funders by supporting our team to hit targets. You will be an advocate for sharing relevant information and advice, with a flexible and organised approach, making a valuable contribution to our small, friendly team who are dedicated to providing a high-quality service.
