About the employer:

Challenge Consulting is an award winning provider of leadership and management training, and small business consultancy. They have a prestigious client base and work extensively in both the public and private sectors including many household names.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • To assist the Course Administration Manager and trainers with all aspects of the customer journey from clients booking courses, through to attendance and evaluation of the training events.
  • To carry out reception duties including answering the telephone, meet and greet and to ensure that all visitors sign in and out.
  • To print and collate training packs, and support materials with support from the trainers.
  • To help with hospitality and ordering to ensure that the training centre has sufficient supplies and is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • To liaise with clients and delegates via telephone and email.
  • To take course bookings and collect information in line with our procedures to enable contact with delegates and registration on to their chosen programme.
  • Assist with updating course details and website content to advertise the services we offer and to create social media posts with guidance.
  • Any other related duties necessary to fully execute the role.

Hours of work:

Full time – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday One hour for lunch (unpaid). Some flexibility in start/finish times may be possible.

Total hours per week: 35
