CSP Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work in our office based in Beeston, Nottingham (NG9 1PF postcode)

Main duties for the Recruitment Consultant are:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising through to candidate start: sourcing, screening, phone/face to face interviews, assessments, inductions through to time-sheet management.
  • Day to day liaison with the client for the filling of bookings.
  • Registering new candidates and accurately placing their details onto the company database.
  • Keeping and maintaining accurate and compliant client records.
  • Making placements in line with company targets.
  • Attending regular meetings on all our clients sites.
  • Processing new starters and leaver.
  • Must be available for out-of-hours mobile service to clients.

Hours of work:

The program is part time initially but it will lead to full time position quite fast, depending on the results.

The hours are Monday to Friday working between 6 am to 6 pm, but you must be flexible to work additional hours to meet the needs of the business. You will also be on a rota for on call / out of hours as it is a 24-hour operation.

Additional information:

You must have a minimum of 1 years experience working in a fast paced Recruitment sector and must hold a driving licence and own car.
