These vacancies are open to applicants who are currently not working through the Well for Work fully funded ESF project. The project is run by Futures and its partners with the aim of supporting unemployed people into sustainable employment, who are currently living in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area.

About the Role:
-To complete ground engineering solutions such as Minin Piling, Soil Nailing, Drilling, Grouting and Ground Anchors on construction project sites across the UK as part of a team of highly skilled operatives.

  • To travel to project sites across the UK as required (sometimes staying away from home during the week)
  • To carry out duties as directed by the Foreman/Supervisor/Line management
    -To carry out duties in accordance with safe systems or work and following method statements and company policies.
  • To represent Aarsleff Ground Engineering and present a professional image

About You:

  • CSCS/CPCS card
  • Casagrande C6 and Klemm 709 / 702 operators –
    experienced in Mini piles, SFA and Compaction Grouting
  • Experience in working with Concrete Pump operators (SFA and Compaction Grouting)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Team player
  • Good communicator
  • Experience of working within construction industry

Basic guaranteed hours of work are 39 per week, however site working hours are normally 47 per week, working 10 hours per day Monday to Thursday and 7 hours per day Friday. You will receive a 30 minute unpaid break each day. Overtime is payable.
