About the employer:

We’re situated close to Nottingham city centre and within striking distance of the beautiful Nottinghamshire countryside, making Gedling a great place to live and work.

We are home to nearly 115,000 residents and we have 55,000 properties. We recently opened the Gedling Country Park, the first destination park of its kind in the borough, we also manage and maintain over 50 parks and open spaces. We have five leisure centres and a theatre in the borough, all managed by the council.

About the role:

We have a number of vacancies for Leisure Attendants at our Arnold Leisure Centre, in addition to lifeguarding duties our Leisure Attendants teach swimming at a variety of classes.

Successful candidates will have
– excellent communication skills and the ability to present a professional appearance and attitude at all times,
– the ability to take ownership of resolving customer enquiries and provide high standards of customer service,
– the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Hours of work:

Two full time (37 hours) and various part time posts
