Job Description
This position is supporting a female in the TOP VALLEY area of NOTTINGHAM.
The role consists of supporting a female wheelchair user with a living in her own home near Nottingham. She has a vacancy for a Personal Assistant to work around 21 hours every week.
This will include personal care, getting out bed on a hoist, getting rid of pan/pad and changing out of PJs, showering, getting dressed, food prep and providing breakfast, cleaning, laundry, shopping etc. There will also be assisting of social activities such as swimming.
The ideal candidate will be positive, caring, able to use own initiative and learn routines quickly. Must be able to handle the physical skills of lifting, handling, pushing and bending. Experience of care work would be beneficial but full training will be given.
This is a permanent contract.
Working Hours – 21 hours per four weeks at £10.11 per hour
