Sunrise Homes Services provide guidance and support to young care leavers within a residential setting, from the age of 16 plus, to enable them to become independent and positive adults.

We provide high standard accommodation, advice and support, together with connections to educational, occupational and recreational services throughout the East Midlands.

In providing the best environment, we strive to enhance self-esteem, life, educational and social skills. We provide a home for young people to enable them to feel safe and offer support and guidance to help the young people in our care to reach their full potential and thrive in life.

We currently have vacancies for Residential Support Workers across Nottingham & Derby on a full time/part time/ casual basis.

•    At least 1 years experience of working with young people or in a residential setting essential

•    Full training and support provided for the right candidate.

•    Hours of support are: 8am – 10pm and sleeps in.

•    We can be flexible too and offer shifts from 8am – 5pm & 5pm -10pm and sleep.

•    We offer both part time and full time (40 hours per week).

•    Wages are £9.50 per hour, sleep-ins will be paid £40 – £65 dependent on experience per night.

•    Company health care cover provided for all staff.

About You

We are ideally looking for candidates with at least 1 years’ experience of working with young people or in a residential setting, however we will also consider people who have had relevant life experience and are willing to learn
