New Trainee/Junior Administrator required to join a busy investment fund services Team in Nottingham.

Reporting to the Manager will be an integral part of the team’s success. In this role you will work closely with your Manager, acting as a primary support for all client correspondence & queries.
Duties:
Work with the Relationship Management & Onboarding team and wider teams to assist in the coordination and successful delivery of all business onboarding, change and/or related activity for clients.
Act as a primary support for all client correspondence & enquiries on behalf of the Relationship Management & Onboarding team and the wider business, for all internal and external onboarding, change & related correspondence & enquiries and all third-party relationship correspondence & enquiries, including Depositary, Custody, platforms, data providers & service providers.
Assist with all client onboarding, change & related activity via project plans & supporting documentation to ensure efficient & effective delivery.
Assist with the onboarding, change & governances process for all activity in collaboration with relevant committees & teams within the wider business.
Assist with the ongoing communication and progress updates externally with clients and third parties to ensure expectations are met.
Assist in monitoring and developing project plans, processes & supporting documentation in line with client requirements, internal and industry/regulatory changes and identified issues or risks.
Qualifications
Relevant or transferable degree/A Levels/equivalent (desirable)
Experience Required:
Excellent relationship building skills.
Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Quick to learn.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
