We developed an easy-to-implement software platform that supports you to interact more transparently with your customers and gives you advanced insights.
Zero Friction is expanding in the UK and wants to strengthen its UK focus with new staff.
In the UK the target market includes:

The Sales Development Representative – lead generation expert position is an inside salesperson focused on outreach, prospecting and lead qualification. This sales job focuses on prospecting outbound leads and qualify the lead and hand it off to another salesperson to close.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with the latest lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and email marketing. They are required to adapt and update our lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs and market demand.
We see this as vital position to grow our UK business.
Key tasks include:
Prospecting: SDRs identify potential customers by researching the target market, finding potential leads through various channels, and reaching out to them through emails, cold calling, or social media.
Lead qualification: SDRs assess the quality of leads and determine whether they meet the qualification criteria for the company’s product or service. They need to ask the right questions to uncover the prospect’s needs, challenges, and goals.
Setting appointments: Once a lead is qualified, the SDR schedules an appointment with the sales representative to take the lead further down the sales funnel.
Follow-up: SDRs follow up with leads who have shown interest in the product or service but have not yet committed to a purchase. They continue to nurture the relationship until the lead is ready to buy.
Collaboration: SDRs collaborate closely with the sales team to align on the lead qualification criteria, messaging, and strategy. They provide feedback on what is working and what needs improvement.
Metrics tracking: SDRs track key performance metrics such as the number of calls made, emails sent, appointments scheduled, and revenue generated. They use this data to analyze the effectiveness of their outreach strategy and make data-driven decisions.
The SDR works with the commercial and marketing team and the Solution Advisory consultants.

Technical Skills: SDRs should be familiar with basic sales and marketing tools such as CRMs, sales automation software, and email marketing platforms.
Teamwork: SDRs need to be able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with the sales team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
