In this exciting role with a rapidly growing company, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the Fitpack customer base. Key activities will include managing inbound leads, qualifying new leads, prospecting new business, and managing data. Fitpack is committed to investing in their employee's development and this role is designed as a feeder role into a growth management role following the excellent performance.
Sales Executives will be targeted on leads generated and qualified, meetings booked and quality calls made. Fitpack values quality over quantity and extensive and ongoing training and support will be available. There will be a commission paid based on performance and will be reviewed 3 months into the role.
The Sales Executive must be personable, outgoing, and have a strong desire to succeed and grow with the role. Fitpack is a high-energy and rapidly growing organisation full of very talented individuals who own their roles, celebrate their wins, and learn from their mistakes.
The Fitpack office is available for use all week, however, home working is possible
Essential skills, experience and qualifications:
Fitpack is looking for an energetic and outgoing individual who likes to be challenged. This is a personality type and we know that’s not reflected by what certificates you hold.
You should apply if you have any experience in sales or telecoms but it is not essential to be a successful candidate.
A-level or Level 4 Education is preferred but not essential. We want good communicators, whatever your background.
