Remit Training - Customer Service Traineeship Registration

The Job:

Trent Bridge the home of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, is looking to recruit a team of enthusiastic assistants to work on domestic and international match days throughout the season (May to September).  You will be responsible for delivering exceptional levels of customer service whilst supporting our retail operations.

What is the traineeship:

The Traineeship is part of an education and training programme that is focused on giving you the skills and experience that employers are looking for. At its core is the work preparation training, customer service qualification, English, maths, and essential digital skills it you need it, and a high-quality work experience placement. 

Traineeships help unlock your great potential and provide you with a high-quality work experience placement needed to get an Apprenticeship or a job. 

Who is eligible:

  • Aged between 19-24
  • Qualified below a full Level 4
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Currently unemployed with little or no work experience in the sector

Must provide:

  • Right to work in UK evidence
  • ID – passport and/or driving license and/or birth certificate and/or NINO

Registration:

Following the registration event on the 23rd June you will be asked to complete some initial assessments, just to see what level you are working at and what support you will require.

The Course:

Is a mixture of online learning and classroom work.  The classroom-based learning will be done virtually using Microsoft Teams ( a link will be sent to you). and the 3 weeks work experience is on site @Trent Bridge Cricket Club. 

The course comprises workshops, training and shadowing in preparation for match day support.

Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 16.00pm

Commence 28th June 2021

Completion 13th August 2021

Guaranteed interview W/C 16th August 2021

Qualification: Skills First Level 1 Customer Service Principles  

Functional Skills Math up to Level 2, if required

Functional Skills English up to Level 2, if required

Essential Digital Skills up to Level 1, if required
