About the role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be taking calls from our existing residential customers offering them the best assistance to deal with their enquiry, the ability to handle a large volume of telephone calls is essential. Having won many awards for our customer service we are looking for someone to continue this and our reputation as a good employer has been recognised with many awards in recent years.
You’ll initially join us on a temporary basis, but there may be the opportunity to become a permanent employee at a later date. There’s a range of great benefits on offer too:
Ideally you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role. Naturally you’ll also have great communication skills, and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.
You’ll need to be flexible with working hours too, as our contact centre is open from 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays.
