The starting salary is £21,074 (Level One) rising to £22,401 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period (pro rata for part time workers)

We are seeking to appoint to the position of a qualified Pest Control Officer to join the Pest Control team within Nottingham City Council. You will be investigating complaints of rodent, insect and other infestations and will be expected to carry out necessary treatments.
The successful candidate will have a proven record of practical experience and must hold a recognised qualification in Pest Control.
You will be required to provide and keep detailed notes and to maintain both manual and electronic records.
The role of a Pest Control Officer is a physical role which also includes working on ladders, at height and in confined spaces, therefore the successful candidate must be able to withstand these conditions.
- Proven record of practical experience in Pest Control
- Hold a recognised qualification in Pest Control
- Hold a full clean driving licence
