National Catering are looking to recruit Retail Assistants to work at the National Ice Centre in Nottingham City Centre on a zero-hour, casual basis.


Reporting to our Bar Managers you will work across all the bars in our venue including our concourse bars, pop-up mobile units, floor bars, Encore, Sub-Zero and Saltbox.


You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of customers.  You will have a keen eye for detail when serving customers and be able to maximise our sales opportunities by up-selling and advertising promotions. 


Confident in cash handling you will have previous experience of using a till and ensuring that cash and card transactions are completed inline with company procedures.


With previous experience of working in a high-volume catering environment, you will have a good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.  You will enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


Your shift pattern will be based around our events calender so you will be expected to work some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
