This is an exciting opportunity to be working as part of the sales team at Ergo Computing Ltd, qualifying opportunities for the business development team giving you the opportunity to grow the business and your own career.

Main Duties:

  • Assist Ergo’s Sales Team to achieve sales targets by ensuring that new and existing Ergo customers are delighted with their ‘Ergo experience’.
  • The key training activities of the role are:- • Outbound Calls - pro-actively contacting new and existing customers.
  • Inbound Calls - managing inbound sales/customer enquiries. •
  • Making quality, qualified appointments for Business Development Managers (including effective journey planning). •
  • Updating Ergo’s customer database to improve Ergo’s targeted marketing activities. •
  • Providing quotes to customers as directed. Short description •
  • Customer service (telemarketing) role - (i) pro-actively contacting new and existing customers, (ii) managing inbound sales/customer enquiries. •
  • Raise customer awareness of Ergo, identify new business opportunities, and delight our customers. •
  • Working to targets.

Future Prospects : Ergo is keen to work with Apprentices to develop their careers beyond the initial apprenticeship

Training to be Provided : Sales apprenticeship will be delivered by Remit Training with visits from a Development Coach every 4 - 6 weeks. The apprenticeship will last for approximately 13 months. You will be expected to do assessments in English and Maths as part of the recruitment process.

Other Information : Important Other Information Successful candidates will receive full training on Ergo’s range of products and services, contractual and framework agreements etc.
