The Company is looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The successful candidates will possess well developed communication skills and require minimal supervision, must have excellent time management, prioritisation skill and attention to detail. They must be able to adapt to rapidly changing demands.

Role Requirements:

  • Contact existing or potential customer to inform them about a product or service.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ash open and closed questions to understand the customers requirements and close sales.
  • Build relationships and ask questions to establish and satisfy needs, helping customers achieve their goals
  • Managing your own time within a busy department to ensure each customer receives the highest level of service
  • Ensure the achievement of personal goals and performance measures including quality, compliance and productivity measures
  • Understand and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quote and facilitate future sales

Previous experience in the Finance industry would be highly advantageous. However, you will receive full training and guidance throughout your employment with the organisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have some experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer led role.
  • Be confident in dealing with people, good communication and organisational skills.

Candidates will work along side existing staff and management, they would be mentored and guided on how that particular department works, the candidate will be given training and product knowledge and will learn how to process, generate documents, learn to communication and liaise with various personnel’s e.g., Staff, clients, lenders, insurers, solicitors etc effectively. They would be provided with training on call handling and how to build rapports and relations with clients to understand the requirements Candidate will be given training on how to use the internal portals correctly and fully to ensure compliance is met. Candidate will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as they grow within the company.
