Unique Financial Services is a new kind of mortgage adviser, with straight-talking and impartial advisors. We are an expert mortgage broker that has access to over 1000 products from UK lenders. The Company is looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute in generating sales for our company.

In this role you are going to:

Contact existing or potential customers to inform them about a product or service;

Answer questions about products or the company;

Build relationships and ask questions to establish and satisfy needs, helping customers achieve their goals, understand the customer’s requirements and close sales;

Managing your own time within a busy department;

Ensure the achievement of personal goals and performance measures including quality, compliance and productivity measures;

Understand and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Skills:

To perform well in this role, we are looking for a candidate who is confident in dealing with people, possess good communication and organisational skills, friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, punctual and dynamic. Experience in sales is advantageous.

Good IT skills are also desirabe, especially confidence in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), alongside smart and formal appearance.

Candidates will work along side existing staff and management, they would be mentored and guided on how that particular department works, the candidate will be given training and product knowledge and will learn how to process, generate documents, learn to communication and liaise with various personnel’s e.g., Staff, clients, lenders, insurers, solicitors etc effectively. They would be provided with training on call handling and how to build rapports and relations with clients to understand the requirements Candidate will be given training on how to use the internal portals correctly and fully to ensure compliance is met. Candidate will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as they grow within the company.
