Kickstart vacancies are available for people aged 16-24 in receipt of Universal Credit.

To provide administration support and to work with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service. 

 The person must be reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious whilst displaying common sense and flexibility in supporting the departments within our head office. 


Key Responsibilities 

Dealing with electronic and paper-based filing and other routine administrative tasks for file management 

Assist with the office equipment and scanning 

Data entry into the company system and recording of information on the internal computer system 

File general paperwork accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with expected processes 

Process and prepare client general update communications 

Monitor key incoming emails to file and update the supervisor as required 

Where necessary direct calls to the appropriate person or take messages recording them effectively and accurately on the appropriate system 

Deal with routine enquiries in a friendly and helpful way. 


Essential skills, experience and qualifications: 

GCSC English and Maths grade 4 and above (c) 

Ability to work as a team


Successful candidate with be provided with in house training on our systems 

one to one mentoring with the companies training coordinator
